  3. Take 1 Cup of Frozen Peas.
  4. Take 2 of Carrots Peeled and Cut.
  5. Use 1 of Beef Stock Cube.
  6. Prepare 5 Tablespoons of Of Lea & Perrins.
  7. Take 3 Tablespoons of Bisto Gravy Granules.
  8. You need of Salt.
  9. Take of Pepper.

Steps to make Mince & Onion:

  1. Being by frying off your mince in a non stick pan, add salt and pepper for seasoning..
  2. Whilst the mince is frying off, chop your onion (diced) and peel and chop your carrot, also get your peas ready for later on..
  3. Once the mince is done, drain it in the sieve and leave it to stand for a minute. Whilst waiting throw the carrots and onions into the non stick pan, letting it mix and cook through for about 2mins then mince to it and stir through for a few mins..
  4. Prepare you kettle and put the stock cube in a measuring jug, fill the jug with 700ml of hot water and stir through the beef stock cube, also add your tablespoons of Lea & Perrins, once blended add the stock to the pan and put on a low simmer for 20-25mins..
  5. After about 20mins mix your gravy granules and hot water to make a gravy in your jug, add salt and pepper for flavour. You can add as much or as little as you want for your own preference. Add it to the pan and stir through until you have the consistency you prefer..
