  1. Provide of Grated Carrot.
  2. Get of Sliced Cucumber and Cabbage.
  3. You need of Fried Irish Potato.
  4. Get of Lebanese Bread.
  5. Get of Mayyonaise.
  6. Prepare Strips of Beef/Chicken.
  7. Get of Ketchup.
  8. Get of Scotch bonnet.
  9. Take of Desired Spices.

Instructions to make Shawarma:

  1. Cut beef/chicken into strips.Add desired spices,crushed garlic,seasoning cubes,salt,scotch bonnet and cook beef thoroughly..
  2. Transfer cooked beef into another pan with very little oil and fry lightly.
  3. In a bowl,mix sliced cabbage,cucumberand grated cabbage.
  4. In another bowl,mix ketchup and mayyonaise in equal ratios.
  5. Spread foil paper on a flat plate and place lebanese bread on top.Rub mixed mayyonaise and ketchup paste on the bread..
  6. Place mixed veggies and fried potato on one side and beef on the other side.
  7. Use hands and roll like a mat together with the foil to cover it up..
