The ingredients needed to prepare Beef stroganoff:
- Prepare 300 g of beef strips.
- Take 1 of large white onion.
- Use 1 packet of button mushrooms.
- Take Handful of chives.
- Use 2 1/2 cup of beef stock.
- Use of Dijon mustard.
- Take of Sour cream.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of cornstarch.
- Use to taste of Salt and pepper.
Instructions to make Beef stroganoff:
- Pre boil pasta till Al dente as you you cut and prepare the rest if the ingredients.
- Heat a table spoon of oil add mushrooms and onions till golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan. Add more oil fry the strips until golden. Add the mushrooms. And 2 cups of the beef stock,mustard,sour cream and simmer for 15min.
- Mix the corn starch and the half a cup of beefstock add to the pot and simmer for 5min.
