The ingredients needed to prepare Baking:

  1. You need 2 cups of flour.
  2. Take 1 tsp of baking powder.
  3. Provide 1 pinch of salt.
  4. You need 1 cup of sugar.
  5. Take 250 g of Butter.
  6. Take 6 of Eggs.
  7. Prepare of Nutmeg (optional).
  8. Get of Milk or milk flavour.
  9. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Steps to make Baking:

  1. In a bowl,add your butter and sugar,cream until fluffy and double in size.
  2. In another ball,you sift and mix all your dry ingredients.
  3. After creaming butter and sugar,you add your egg one after the other and mix.
  4. Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bit by bit.
  5. Do not over mix.
  6. Rub butter on your cake mould and make sure your oven is preheated for 15mins.
  7. Put the cake inside oven and bake at 175°C for 30mins.
  8. Do not open the oven until it is 80% done to avoid a dense and soggy cake.
