Ruth’s Chris Sweet Potato Casserole!!!
This Ruth's Chris sweet potato casserole is a copycat of the restaurant version. It's creamy sweet potatoes topped with brown sugar and pecan streusel.

Total time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
Crust Mixture:- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts (pecans preferred)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 egg, well beaten
- ¼ cup of butter
Directions:
- Combine brown sugar, flour, chopped nuts, and melted butter in mixing bowl.
- Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, vanilla, mashed sweet potatoes, egg, and butter, and mix thoroughly.
- Pour sweet potato mixture into buttered baking dish, and sprinkle the crust mixture on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (F).
- Allow to set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
