  1. Prepare of For Yakhni.
  2. Take 4 of beefpaye.
  3. Use 1/2 kg of bong.
  4. Take 2 of small bay leaves(tez pat).

  6. You need of Small piece of Nutmeg(jaifal).
  7. Provide 1 of small piece of mace(mace).
  8. Take 3/4 cloves of (loung).
  9. You need 1 tbsp of red chillie powder.

  12. Use 6/7 of garlic.
  13. Get of For Bong Gravy.
  14. Get 300 g of yoghurt.
  15. Prepare 1 cup of oil.

  17. Use 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  18. Get 1 tbsp of all spice (garam masala) powder.

  1. First grind all spices of yakhni.
  2. Now put onion, galic clove, grind spices, salt and paye in a big degcha.
  3. Add 3ltr water in it and cover with lid and cook it on slow flame over night or 6/7 hours.
  4. After7 hours put oil and ginger, garlic paste in pressure cooker fry it until it change in brown colour.
  5. Now grind brown onion and add it in cooker.
  6. Now add spices in it and fry it well.
  7. Now put bong in masala and fry well.
  8. Now put 2 glass water in it and cover with lid cook 40 minutes after pressure cooker's bell start.
  9. After 40/45 minutes check that bong tender or not.
  10. If bong tender well now mix it un yakhni.
  11. And cook it again 20/25 minutes on medium flame.
  12. After 20/25 minutes serve it with green chilies,chopped coriander leaves,sliced ginger and brown onion.
