  2. Use 2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hr 15 min or until the potatoes are soft..
  8. Remove foil and top it with rest of the cheese. Bake for another 10-15 mins..
